The Company
Our mission is simple: we build technology that meaningfully impacts people's lives.
We were doing machine learning long before it was the talk of every boardroom, and that experience shapes how we work today. These days, most of our work is with biopharma leaders, helping their teams figure out where AI can move the science forward and then building the systems to make it happen. Whether we're partnering with an established pharma company or a fast-moving biotech startup, the goal is the same: turn research-grade innovations into real-world impact.
The Team
Our team reflects our belief in quality over quantity. Our past projects have resulted in publications and patents, have been featured in the press, and have been deployed with well-known brands. We do few things, but we do them extremely well:
AI for Drug Discovery: applying machine learning to biological and chemical data to accelerate research
LLM Research and Applications: evaluating, adapting, and building on large language models for scientific and business problems
ML and AI Infrastructure: the pipelines, platforms, and tooling that make models reliable in production
Computer Vision: from imaging data to real-world deployment
AI Strategy and Roadmapping: helping executive teams decide where to invest and what to build first
Rapid Prototyping: getting from idea to working system quickly, so decisions are based on evidence
We're a small team focused on making an outsized impact. As an independent R&D lab, our team consists of technologists with the advanced ML research and engineering skills to tackle the interesting, complex problems we choose to take on.
We embrace diversity, investing in our people, and flexible work schedules. Our team is fully remote — we aim to find great people wherever they live in the U.S., and do our best to work with them effectively.
We prioritize our team culture. Trust and collaboration are key to doing good work together, and we consistently experiment with ways to improve in those areas.
